  • How often do you process transactions?
    Based on the package tier you select for a client, bookkeeping will be done either daily, weekly or monthly.
  • How do you request information from my clients?
    Our account managers send information requests to your clients on a predetermined schedule based on their tier level. We maintain a strictly need-only communication approach, requesting supporting documents only when necessary to reconcile transactions or complete required work. Where possible, account managers sends requests through your firm's email address ensuring we remain completely agnostic to your clients to preserve your firm's relationship.
  • Do we have to commit to long term agreements?
    We offer flexible engagement options with a minimum of 3-month notice periods on a client level. We're confident in the value we provide and don't rely on restrictive contracts to retain clients.
  • Will my fees vary from month to month?
    We believe in fixed, transparent pricing to help you scale your firm. Fees are fixed for 3 months after which we reassess for significant decrease / increase in volume.
  • Who are your clients?
    We work strictly with accounting firms only, not directly with businesses. Our clients are small to medium accounting firms.
  • Do we have to manage your staff?
    Not at all! We offer an efficient, output-based solution to enable you to focus on high-value services. A dedicated account manager will be your single point of contact, managing the team is left to us.
  • Will my clients know about you?
    Your client relationships are just as important to us as they are to you. Therefore, we stay agnostic to your clients and keep communication standardised and to a minimum. We always stay true to transparency and professionalism.
  • What other value offerings are there?
